Reusable straws

It is one thing to be using reusable straws within the family home but I for one would not be interested in being given a reusable straw by a restaurant or bar in Bali. You have no idea who has used the straw before you, whether adequate cleaning procedures have been used and if a previous user had a transmittable disease such as hepatitis. Each to their own but I would prefer to minimize my use of straws rather then use one that any tom, dick or harry could have used before me.
