Regarding your comment on kids and their electronic habits. I was in Bali 2 weeks ago, went to Bata Shop at Carrefour and all the staff were too busy playing games on their i phones to serve. i was just one of a number of western customers who left after being fobbed off/ignored. No comparison to the street traders who don't get paid unless they sell stuff.
