I had mine done years ago 2hrs of sitting with a stretched lip and cup in my mouth I went numb and couldnt stop dribbling for awhile they kept saying how white my teeth were but everyone said there was hardly any difference.Some friends have had it done didnt feel it made much difference too and some ended up with super sensitive teeth.So I cant really recommend it either in bali(although Ive had other great dental work done) would luv to hear from others what they thought after doing it?
