I agree, we have our favourite restaurants that we always go to whenever in Bali, but have made a choice to at least try 1 or 2 new ones each time. With this particular one, we were in Kuta shopping and everyone was hungry so we just went into the place there, had never been there before, but it was pretty full of people eating so took that as a good sign, alas not a good choice in the end.
