If your asking about an International flight (ex Au) then (as far as I'm aware) you will be limited to 4 x 100 ml containers carried in a clear plastic bag.

Medications are treated differently but must be declared to the security staff when going through the scanners prior to Immigration clearance and ideally any liquid medications in smaller containers.

Duty free beverages - collected after Immigration and security screens - can be taken on board plus any other liquids (I carry a water bottle and top it up when in the departure lounge area).

For domestic flights within Indonesia I believe that liquids are now permitted.
