Toko Central is a great shop.
They have 2 shops across the road from one and other, no problem crossing as they have a security guy with a red flag stopping the traffic for you so you can cross.
Coming from Bemo Corner the shop on the left side of the road has the beads. They have 2 floors. I found it best to take some with you so you can show them what you want. The other shop across the road has other sewing needs. They have lots of things to look at.
