Last time I went we got TravelBug from the local Chemist in WA. Its made by Inerhealth. You take it five days before travel and everyday while you're on holiday. I've never had Bali belly in the six times I've been but I do eat a lot of spicy food at home. The TravelBug tabs were just a bit of insurance.
