I've had some suits made up at Budi Tailor on the Jl Werkudara.
This is just outside the back entrance of the Jayakarta, head straight up Rum Jungle and I think he's the second shop on the left. A small shop but I found him very good. There is also a tailor across the road buy I found them expensive. I took fabric to Bali so I don't know about the quality of fabric or the price. I had 2 skirt suits made and a long suit coat for around $100 supplying my own fabric but using his lining fabric/buttons etc.
You might want to order your suit on the first day in Bali.
