My wife always uses a dressmaker "Sarina" in Sindhu Markets. You can take any clothes there and she will copy. Always have had good results but have seen negative comments on this forum...can't comment on other experiences.
If you don't know Sindhu markets go to Bonsai Cafe on beach and walk ~200 metres north. Market is a long alley to left. Sarina on left side about 100 metres into alley.
(All my distances are guesses but give them a go!)
Prices... last year she had 1 skirt, 1 leggings, 3 tops for $75.
