If you fly with Garuda it is not easy to get to the Gili straight away as Garuda only has a late afternoon flight. You 'might' be able to do it if you got a pick-up and speedboat transfer, but that starts getting expensive.
Other airlines like Merpati and Lion do several flights a day. If the boats are not running, tickets will be popular, even booked out. Check their websites for your travel dates. The cost is around $60 to $70 return.
You then need to travel from the airport to Bangsal harbour. You can get a taxi (150,000 or more depending on traffic) or use the airport bus (25,000) to Senggigi, then taxi to Bangsal.
The local ferries from Bangsal stop running around 2. After that you have to charter. Bangsal is notorious for being a huge hassle, with touts lying to you about no more boats and selling you fake tickets.
An alternative is to contact Dream Divers (go to their webpage and select the transport link). They can pick you up from the airport, take you to Teluk Kodek and whisk you over to Gili T in their speedboat (10 min ride). Very efficient service.
