Hi, haven't been on the trips you are discussing so can't comment. What I can say, a bit like, don't judge a book by its cover, everybody's expectations are different and so can their experiences, depending on a customers mood, and the type of day they are having. For example I have stayed 3 times at a villa that was recommended on here, and had the most amazing time, someone stayed there the week after and put in here it was dirty, the staff weren't helpful and they strongly recommended another couple to cancel their booking. How in just 24 hours can we be talking about the same thing. Also a lot of experiences are down to the company you are with, and the crowd that may be in the cruise at the same time. Unless its clear that everyone had the same dreadful experience or all got food poisoning, don't let comments spoil your dream holiday ! Go with a totally open mind, and make your own fun. Take things for a pinch of salt unless you know someone personally who can give you solid evidence! Enjoy your trip!!
