The reports on TA are simply the opinion of the person that stayed at the hotel, ate at the restaurant, went on the cruise. Not everyone will have the same opinion. I have stayed at hotels where on TA people have said the service was bad, the rooms horrible etc and when I went there I didnt find it that bad at all.
I've done two cruises. One a pacific cruise out of Sydney on the Fairstar which isn't operational any more, and one from Singapore up to Phuket with stops in between. Can honestly say that I enjoyed both and would definately consider doing them again.
