last year we used it to choose a few places in Malaysia.I found most of the negative reviews came from domestic tourists. Things such as no toothbrush in the room,carry your own bags,no on site or no valet parking etc were enough to warrent a negative post.Mostly I found TA was very helpful.You just have to read between the lines. The places we ended up choosing were great.
