"Shoot Bali" they do that sort of thing, Photo on Canvas etc. Place is hard to find tho. Some of the stuff I seen in their shop was good. Don't know the prices. They have a web site so do a search back to about October 2011.
I go in three weeks and want printing done on T shirts. There are couple of places near the Lokka I am looking at that are mentioned on BTF. search archives under t shirt printing.
