When reading a review etc, check how long the poster has been a member, how may reviews/posts etc that they have made.
You will soon learn who are legitimate posters.
I have noticed that some posters who are not Australian, seem to have a much higher expectation of what they should have "included" in the price. I must reiterate that I am in no way racist, it's just an observation I have made, after reading through hundreds of posts & reviews, that Aussies seem to be more laid back.
I have read posts where someone has bagged their stay at a very popular Hotel, to only go on and say that it had rained the whole time, & that her husband was sick in bed for their whole stay!!
