Even though not a really expensive villa there is nothing wrong in wanting value for the money you paid
We recently paid around $67 per night for a 2 bedroom villa with pool off Jln Nakula - for 2 months
Even for that price , and not expecting anything fancy, it was fine, location good & value for the money spent
So cheap does not always mean crappy, vague representation or odd reviews :)
With villas in Bali that are not well known, have no reviews etc I try to get someone to look at it for me if I can.
If the response I get from owners etc re a villa is vague, or sounds not quite right I cross it off my list & move on.
At least with your review others can get a different opinion to those already listed & make up their own minds
