Based on what criteria?
".......a five star experience without the price tag.......the villa was pure luxury.
That is the renters opinion and they have given every sector 5 stars except the bathroom at 4.
Many people like aircon in the bedrooms - don't see any. I'm not knocking the property or the genuineness of the review just the objectivity.
How would that renter rate a stand alone villa in a better position with decent grounds,a/c bedrooms, dedicated staff and large pool? The only thing he could rate higher is cleanliness of bathroom as everything else is 5 star.
A professional reviewer would have given 5 for value and would have given the other boxes numbers according to a preset standard. Some TA reviewers do this but most don't which is why their reviews have to be taken with a sack of salt.
