I would suggest choosing a tailor before you go and emailing them for a price and fabric suggestions. I have had a dress copied by Bali Brumby which is just near Bubba Gumps in Tuban/Kuta. It turned out perfectly but he didn't have much to offer on the bling front so I bought my own from home and just went to Alta Moda (floors of beautiful fabric) for the fabric as it is much cheaper than bringing it from home. This was a couple of years ago so they may have more to offer in terms of bling now but i would email ahead just in case.
