Good service. I booked a few days before, in Bali at one of the travel booths (just about on every corner). Included free pick up from hotel-Legian to Sanur, then from Nusa lembongan harbour to hotel. This was with scoot. No problem with them. You will enjoy Nusa lembongan. Just returned, still in Bali. More laid back, no shops, no selling in your face, great snorkeling and some nice beaches. Cheers ps same price as on the Internet/scoot email.
