waiting for flight home

Guys what do you do if you have a Mid day check out but your flight isnt until 11pm ?
Were staying in a private Villa so hanging around wont be an option, late check out costs a fortune as its the 1st night of Peak season. You cant go through Airport customs more than 3 hours prior to take off in order to check into the Airport lounges, so Im wondering what other options there is. eg A day room at another resort or something...I dunno, Ideas ?
