first off,thank you all for your comments,i thought i would get flamed but good answers.
Now as to type ----Continenial -----tea/coffee,toast or croissant and jam,maybe juice.
American----bacon/sausage and eggs,toast and jam, juice tea/coffee
Buffet---------depending on hotel,everything or same as american but serve yourself.I tend to be wary of buffets as i have seen things recycled.Freshly good is the way to go.
