I actually didn't mind the breaky at Rama Garden last August. Occasionally the bacon was a bit oily but nothing a soak on a napkin didn't fix. The rest was fine by me. I quite enjoyed the Indo breaky dishes too and it didn't faze me that they were only just warm. Never got sick from any of it and it tasted good to me. No problem with the egg station either, so the trainees while I was there must have been quick learners :)

Worst breaky I've had was at Three Brothers. Two scabby pieces of toasted stale french stick bread and enough butter for one of the pieces, one egg and either fruit or "juice". Paid extra for chewy bacon once - cost about $10 for two of us. Another time we paid for banana pancakes instead of the standard breaky and they were awful - soggy pancakes and starchy bananas. We ended up going out for breaky in the end.

Generally I'm pretty happy with whatever is served up at most hotels, be it buffet or set options from a menu. I tend not to eat breakfast at home - but in Bali I'll eat breaky and often skip lunch or just have something light.
