you will find that while the aussie dollar is at parity with the US (or even higher) you will get great prices on cosmetics and sunglasses at DFS duty free at Bali Galleria - you can't use them while you are in Bali - you need to collect them at the airport before you leave. The prices will be much better than duty free or retail in Australia and you know you are getting the real deal!
