I know I shouldn't respond to crap like this, but really, whats it to you, what they do?
Maybe they use FB to keep in touch with friends and family when they are away as many do, or to even arrange catch up with people also in Bali.
I often think that people who pooh pooh others who use FB are just Nigel-no-friends losers with no one to play with.
Its funny you ask this person if they are bullying someone, yet your post could appears to be bullying them for wanting to access FB ....
