my parents have travelled to both Africa (South Africa, Tanzania etc) and Indonesia (Bali) in the same year - not sure about exact dates and if it was within 6 months - but nothing was mentioned to them about possible problems with Immigration.
However in saying that you should contact Immigration if you are worried. Better to ask direct to get peace of mind.
