If they won't name the shop, how do we know the guy even caught HIV from getting a tatoo in Bali??? Why did he get tested in the first place? Did something happen at the studio that made him worry and get tested (my understanding is that it takes some time for the HIV virus to show in blood tests after being exposed) or was he doing other high risk things that led him to get tested? The whole thing sounds a bit sus to me. And no, I don't have any tatoos and I wouldn't consider getting one done, but given the detail we are given on other businesses that don't do the right thing, it seems odd to me that this one wouldn't be named and shamed if it was as straight forward as we are being led to believe.
