there is a man that is always on the beach road seminyak/legian end walking between Jayakarta and Flying Fish takeway, sometimes he just sits on his bike next to the men that sell books from the back of their bikes, he only sells the siral incence and holders just ask any of the locals along there and they will point him out or tell you he has gone home and when he will be back, we always stock up when we go over.
