I originally found these guys on ebay...started communicating with them via email & have booked 1 of their villas in the Kuta Royal Complex for March.
Have found them very professional & helpful, i had ALOT of questions, but they were great.
Paid a deposit by bank transfer(to an australian account) balance & a $200 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival. You shouldnt worry, aussie online banking keeps records of your transaction & you can print it off as proof.
I believe they act on behalf of several aussie owners as the villa we wanted was booked out & they were able to put us in another, communication for the villa was then directly with the owner.
