The cost to get in is Rp 100,000 for western & 50,000 for local. There is a charge of 20,000 for a single or double tube ring (not sure what you call them) which can be used in the lazy river or on the slides. You only pay once & can keep it with you for the day. There are also lots of bale/cabanas to rent. From memory they were 25,000 for the day.
There is also a new waterpark opened in Jl Kediri, Tuban called Circus Waterpark. Not sure what its like or the costs but it's closer to Kuta/Legian area.
