Hello Glenda, we stayed in HGV3 in July 2011. There were seven of us including four adults and three children (12, 16 & 16). My 66 year old Dad was one of the adults. There is one bedroom downstairs and this is where my Dad slept. The stairs leading to the top floor are steep but Dad negotiated them once a day for breakfast. Other than that he was happy to spend his time downstairs around the pool or out the front talking to the security guards while indulging in a ciggy. Cons - the pool is inside but this didn't bother the kids; the stairs are steep; this is an older style villa but is advertised as their 'budget' villa. Pros - private pool; fabulous staff who cannot do enough to assist you and the location is perfect!! If I had the option I would stay in another HGV in the first instance; if the others were booked, I would rather book HGV3 than go elsewhere. The HGV staff will look after you and do their best to ensure your stay is as wonderful as ours was. Enjoy!!
