was out the side entrance of HRH near the KFC corner & go up that street towards bemo corner/Legian St. ~200 or 300m up on the right there is a laneway that goes down to Tune Hotel. There is a laundry across from there that was good and cheap (5 x cheaper than HRH!).
Maybe there's one closer but I didn't see it. Don't know about beach/main entrace of hotel, maybe there's some down there and definitely is down P1.
