Transport advice from airport to Kuta

Hi all. We are a family of 4 that will have 4 large suitcases. Just thinking about how to get from the airport to Kuta on arrival. I'm pretty sure that the Blue taxis won't be able to fit us all in with the luggage and I don't want to take 2 taxis. Does anyone know if there are SUV's at the airport that I can prepay - that will fit us all in, or advise me about how much I should pay someone at the front of the airport..
