There is the Briella spa just across the road which I used one night for a massage before bed (I only had 45 mins because they were going to close & it cost me RP 50,000).
Just around the corner on Jl Werkadura is the Eden Green spa. I liked the look of this one better than Briella but didn't get the opportunity to go (check the archives, it has been recommended here before).
Room service prices are very reasonable - the same prices you pay at a mid-range restaurant & no added tax or service to the prices on the menu. If you check my HNR reports from our stay you will find mention of the food we ordered & prices paid. Can't remember bar prices sorry.
