Budget accomm Legian or Kuta?

Hi all

Looking to do Bali twice this year woohooo

For financial reasons we need to make the April trip a shoe string budget if possible.

Any suggestons for accommodation for a family of 4 in Legian or Kuta?

Requirements are good aircon, and a clean room and a pool. Also we would like something close to cheap warung type restaurants if possible

Not sure what the budget is exactly but would like to not spend more than $70 per room

Suggestions would be appreciated :)
