friend just came back. Price quoted was in US so she asked for an aussie price. Gave her the exchange rate in AUD which was fine and at the current rate so she paid 50% deposit by bank transfer in AUD that day. he told her what was remaining in AUD and she paid rest on arrival.
She had already negoted the price of the villa down so all were happy
