I tried to book in to BGH this trip. Fully booked. It has become popular and more expensive and they do not increase staffing levels when fully booked. The short cuts show after a while. It happens in everything, everywhere. Let the management know immediately. They usually will do something. Don't let it fester. Did the person who says it was gross complain to the Australian Manager?
