the one I'm thinking of has been there several years at least...we saw it in 2009 and again last August. The entrance is directly beside the entrance to Inna Sindhu on Jl Sindhu...it has a high fence with kind of white concrete slabs that have decorative carvings on them...shocking description I know sorry!!
