I know they're available from the sellers on the beach at any given time. Just know they're worth 10,000Rp each and work from there.

PS Almost forgot: there is a huge shop along Legian St between Melasti and Padma Sts that sells all kinds of trinkets for set price of 20,000Rp each (very much near the AFL shop).
