early Sept 2011 and she advised me too that she wanted full payment up front. I asked twice to see her cancellation policy and each time my request was ignored. My communications with this woman made me feel uncomfortable and I'm so glad I didn't go ahead with the booking. I have booked a great place to stay and can't wait for April.
