We spent Xmas at the Hardrock, Spa is very expensive compared to others, US prices can be charged/paid for in Rupiah. When checking in they do ask for credit card and charge an amount to open your card. This is deducted from your bill at the end of the stay. If paying in cash / Rupiah this is not processed to your C Card. The power points were an issue we had 4 rooms, some could use the 2 prong others couldnt, all you do is ring reception & request the use of an adaptor, No problems. Food & beverages prices are about the same as Australia, so more expensive than average bali.
