Help please

I've read here of people hiring bikes in Sanur which I think is a great idea. I have one small problem in that my wife has no sense of balance and falls off them(giggles). Does anyone know if there are trikes/3 wheelers available? We'll be staying at the Besakhi in May, so somewhere in that area would be great.
