to Bali many times in the 'wet season' but never encountered Bali as wet as this year. Have been here 4 weeks, and think we have had about 4 'sunny' days...hasn't been a day that it hasn't rained. At best, some hours of sun, then rain. Just bad luck to encounter days and days of rain. Yes, bring your ponchos, and if I knew it was going to be this bad, I would have brought my gum boots. We are leaving tomorrow, I hope all of you arriving have better luck then us, there is only so much drinking, eating and shopping you can do, before you long for the sunshine! We came with a group who could only get holidays at this time of the year...for us....we will go back to coming June/July/August...the best time of the year to come to Bali!
