I havent been for a few years but there used to be kiosks and some hotels that offered discount vouchers. Perfectly reasonable to ask. Infact you would be silly not too!! The more questions you ask and times you go to bali, the more you learn about the people, the place and of course, get a few things cheaper. Nothing wrong with that. Goodluck!!
