I negotiate a price before pick-up so all is clear on payment for the driver.
On the odd occassion that our driver has accepted our offer to join us for lunch, we paid for his lunch and drinks. This is a good thing to do and appreciated.
We have experienced occassions when our driver was happy to leave us to it and he ate elsewhere.
We have always tipped our drive when happy with his service.
