We always have our holiday in August. Surf every day & never have trouble with rubbish in the water. There are 2 reasons for this.Firstly not much rain in August to wash rubbish into the sea.The other reason is the wind blows offshore during in the dry season on the Legian side of the island. Any rubbish which does make it into the ocean gets blown out to sea.
