Bagus. Sit at the tables closest to Poppies 2 for coldest bintangs. Fun watching the antics of those going up and down the street. Have your camera ready for the viagra and other drug pushers. Pretend to take a photo for the cops and they run. They then leave you in peace.
Suzi from Bagus (been there for years) well her husband has a bus for transport. will seat 6 and we have used him the last two times.
Kori's in Poppies is top food. Another restaurant further down on the right for good food is the Jeggeg Bulan
Dewi Sri. I sent them an email the day before we departed and requested the rooms directly behind the office, as we were older and did not like the stairs. Good size rooms. 2 floors of 4 rooms away from everything else. Close to the pool. Don't recommend their massage unless you want an oil bath. it was a basic rub with oil all over, The place opposite the Bagus was a better massage and excellent foot massage.
