Fair point. However I think in Australia and NZ a staff member in a restaurant kitchen with bowel and stomach issues would be sent home. At the cooking class I was on there was only a cold tap to wash hands and we all shared the same food. Four hours later my wife and I were crook. Hope you are feeling better.
