Similar experience there last year. I didn't go there for a meal this past trip because the meal we had there last year was very disappointing. Two of us had the steak, which had been 'melt in the mouth' the previous year, but was smaller and tougher this time around. Service was very average and I'm pretty sure we even had to ask for cutlery to be brought out after the meals arrived.
