strength behind Yutz. Yutzs was his wife. They broke up some years ago and she took off to open her own restaurant which failed.
She arrived back and over time eased Marcus out.
What the thread is saying is that the quality has gone down.
I wonder if it could be something to do with Marcus not being at the helm any more?
