I can't help you with recommendations but if you do a search for "stubbie holders" I am sure you will find what your looking for.

Just remember that Balinese stubby holders are smaller than the average OZ stubby, so make sure you stipulate the size....friends of ours bought 6 doz off the street and they were all to small for Tooheys, XXXX, VB, Carlton Draught etc.
